...Show more STL are fine for a handlebar where the stem clamp measures 46mm, the diameter of the handlebar is 25mm just next to the stem clamp and 22.5mm of diameter some 15mm far away from the clamp.
Check the size of the stem clamp.
If the dimensions are fine:
Print either "bicycleHeadLightMount.stl" or 1x "lightMountPlate.stl" and 2x "handleBarClip.stl".
Put the parts together (I've used some glue) and fix to the handlebar using tie zips.
Warping the handlebar with some rubber helps to prevent unwanted movements of the assembly.
If required, use the OpenSCAD script to change the dimensions. Compile+Export to STL, print, mount, enjoy!
