1. it is friendly for DIYers. please see the pictures for the data, it is almost universal.
2. i will harshly screen it before i put it in your hands. But you still need to realize that it being a 3D printed part, it can't be 100% perfect.
3. About materials: i would say PLA+ is adequate in $30.
