It's the first time I've ordered a 3D printed part I don't have much to compare it with but it did take longer than I thought, I don't know if that's normal or not.. also my part had some loose edges on it and needs to be cleaned up a bit - again I don't know if that's normal or what. I'm not really bothered, overall satisfied and would order again.
